The 66th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Mofid Children's Hospital Charity Association was held.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Mofid Children's Hospital Charity Association, in this meeting, which was held on Monday, October 4, in the office of the hospital's esteemed director, the key topics of "progress in the new hospital construction plan, establishment of the association's charity fund, reporting on the association's income and expenses, a system for improving productivity and improving the quality of services in the hospital" were discussed and reviewed.
Dr. Sayyari, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, presented the guidelines developed regarding the system for improving productivity and quality of services in the hospital, and it was decided that with the scientific assistance of the Association, the Association's resources would be transformed from scattered expenses to targeted investments, and the Association's role would be to assist in hospital management through science.
In the progress section of the Mofid Children's Dream Hospital construction project, with a realistic approach and with the aim of managing financial risk, it was decided to divide the new hospital construction project into three operational phases so that the project would be operated as a complete hospital in the first and second phases, and the third phase would be operational as soon as possible.
