The management team of Mofid Children’s Hospital and the hospital’s charitable association held a productive meeting with Dr. Fereydounfar, Director of Public Relations at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, to mark his appointment.
According to the Public Relations office of the Mofid Children’s Hospital Charity Association, during a meeting held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 (Mehr 14, 1405), Seyyed Omid Mousavi—while offering congratulations on the appointment—highlighted the pivotal role of Public Relations in showcasing the university’s capabilities. Focusing on the specialized status of Mofid Hospital, he discussed the center’s therapeutic and educational capacities, as well as the significant contribution of benefactors in procuring medical equipment and supporting patients' families, and expressed appreciation for the collective efforts dedicated to this cause.
In response, Dr. Fereydounfar emphasized the necessity of "accurate storytelling" regarding the valuable services provided by healthcare centers. He believes that the scientific achievements and humanitarian efforts of these health facilities should be presented to the public in a well-documented and impactful manner, so that the true value of their work becomes evident.
Furthermore, Mojtaba Dehaghin, CEO of the charitable association, outlined the organization’s strategic direction and its achievements; he also invited the guest to visit the association’s operations to gain insight into the collaborative environment among benefactors and the process of providing support to patients.
The meeting concluded with an agreement to expand collaboration on documenting the educational and research activities, as well as the philanthropic initiatives, of the Mofid Subspecialty Children’s Hospital—with the aim of ensuring that the voices of children’s health and happiness resonate throughout society more effectively than ever before.
